Whether it's your anniversary, Valentine's Day, a plan to propose, or just an excuse to have a romantic evening out with your sweetheart, what could provide a better setting than a blissful sunset dinner cruise on the calm sapphire waters off the coast of Maui? The glorious colors of a tropical sunset will surround you as a backdrop behind the majestic neighboring islands of Lanai and Molokai. As the evening deepens, the stars will appear behind the tranquil West Maui Mountains.

We'll depart from the scenic Lahaina Harbor in the early evening aboard the 120-foot Maui Princess, our largest and most luxurious yacht. She will give you the most stable ride you could hope for. She also features all premium seating with no additional charge. You'll be seated at your linen-covered table and served by our tuxedo clad wait staff.

Once we're underway, you can choose from the following four entrees:

• Prime rib (carved on board)
• Roasted chicken
• Macadamia nut encrusted mahi mahi fillet with buerre blanc sauce
• Vegetarian patty with marinara sauce

Your meal will also be served with the following:

• Garden salad with croutons & papaya seed dressing
• New potatoes
• Carrots
• Dinner rolls
• Cheesecake with seasonal fruit glaze

The Maui Princess is fitted with a full bar, and your trip comes with three alcoholic beverages along with unlimited soda and juices. If you would like more alcoholic beverages, you can purchase them at $4-6 each. For some, it helps to soothe the nerves, which often helps those who are reluctant to dance. Oh yes, did we mention there will be dancing?

Complete your romantic evening by dancing under the stars to music provided by one of our creative local performers, such as Greg DiPiazza, a musician and musical composer who boasts a versatility that could only be achieved by working with some of the world's most recognizable artists.
